Questions
“BANDEJA Rating” is a relative rating given to you as a player based on how you compare to other players already registered and rated on BANDEJA. You first get your assessment rating through signing-up for an assessment battle or joining an assessment cup, and based on your results BANDEJA assigns an initial rating for you and your partner. BANDEJA then uses this rating to calculate the average rating for the teams you formed on the app and starts to suggest battles that are challenging and rewarding. This rating is dynamic and continuously changes based on your achievements on the app, and the players and teams’ leaderboard reflect your ranking as a player and a team based on your most recent rating.
“BANDEJA Battles” is matches suggested by BANDEJA and accepted by all players. BANDEJA calculates an expected score for the battle based on the participating teams’ ratings, shares it with participating teams before the battle, and after the actual score is submitted and entered by an admin, all participating players and teams’ ratings are adjusted to reflect the actual result of the battle. Players are rewarded for their achievements in BANDEJA Battles using “BANDEJA Bars”.
Based on the ratings of the teams participating in a
battle, BANDEJA expects a score for this battle, and
players are partially rewarded for beating this expected
score. The battle rewards are mainly distributed for;
1- Winning the battle
2- Beating the expected score Example:
You might be playing a battle where BANDEJA expects that
you would Win 6-2 , however, you managed to win with a
score of 6-4 and not 6-2, which means that you couldn’t
beat BANDEJA’s expectations, and thus you get only a
partial reward for the battle.
This logic is meant to push both teams to play at their
best levels to maximize their rewards.
